Section 187(i) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(i)when dust-laden material is to be stored or handled, measures are taken to suppress the dust produced by such storing or handling and suitable personnal protective equipment are supplied to and used by the building workers working for such storing or handling.
