This matter has been placed on today's Board for opening of the bids and conducting the auction process. The offce has received offers from 5 prospective bidders for auctioning of the Defendant Vessel-m. v. Golden Pride.
2 On behalf of the Defendant Vessel, an Interim Application has been fled, namely Interim Application (L)No. 8874 of 2020 which is coming up on Board tomorrow (22 nd December, 2020) at 2.30 p.m. 3 In these circumstances, I have enquired from the Bidders who are present in Court today whether they will be agreeable to come to the Court tomorrow for the bidding process.
All the bidders present in Court have agreed that opening of the bids and conducting the auction process can be deferred till tomorrow.
4 In these circumstances, place the above matter on Board on 22nd December, 2020 at 2.30 p.m. along with Interim Application (L)No. 8874 of 2020. Aswale 2/3
