Section 45(1) in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)Every College shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council, tiller obtaining the opinion of the Academic Council, may, require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the College or Institution.
