Section 29(a) in International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) University Act, 2013
(a)The Board, if the appointment is made on the academic staff i.e. to post of Associate Professor or above or if the appointment is made on the non-academic staff in any cadre, the maximum pay scale for which is prescribed in the Statutes from time to time; and
