Section 88(f) in The Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002
(f)"the Relevant Regional Development Corporation" means, -(i)in relation to the Vidarbha area of the State, the Development Corporation of Vidarbha Limited, a Government Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956);(ii)in relation to the Konkan revenue division excluding the City of Mumbai and the Mumbai Suburban District, the Development Corporation of Konkan Limited, a Government Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956);(iii)in relation to the Marathwada area of the State, the Marathwada Development Corporation Limited, a Government Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956);(iv)in relation to the rest of Maharashtra, the Western Maharashtra Development Corporation Limited, a Government Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956);
