Section 21(1)(b) in Haryana Nurses Registration Council Staff Regulations, 2000

(b)any period of work in equivalent or higher rent, prior to appointment to any post in the Service may in the case of an appointment by transfer, at the discretion of the appointing authority, be allowed to count towards the period of probation fixed under this rule; and
