Section 27(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole-time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Council and the Chancellor on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
