- The share obtained by any member separating from an illom under sub-section (1) of section 23 or under section 24 shall be the separate property of such member:Provided that the share obtained by a husband and wife separating jointly under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 23 shall be taken by them with the incidents of illom property.
