Section 36 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
36. Resignation by Vice President.
- If the Vice-President desires to resign from his seat in the Central Council, he shall send his resignation in writing to the President and his resignation shall take effect from the date specified by him or the date of acceptance by the President whichever is later, after confirmation from the Vice-President.
