Section 78 in The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949
78. Indemnity.
- No suit proceeding or prosecution whatever shall lie against the Registrar or any person act on his authority, or against any liquidator in respect of anything done or purporting to be done in good faith under this Act.
