Section 3(a) in Bihar Centenary Journalism Award Rules, 2012
(a)Shiv Pujan Sahai Award - Recognizing their important achievements, this award will be conferred to any one of journalists of print media, whose published articles/write ups/editorials/analysis etc are related to the social, economic, educational development of the state and upliftment of women, minorities and deprived classes of Bihar. A sum of One lakh along with an Angvastram and a citation will be granted under this award.
