Section 25A(3)(i) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Rules, 1971

(i)The person whose name has been removed from the Register has submitted an application to the Registrar in Form 7B for such restoration within a period of 3 years from the date of removal of his name from the register alongwith a renewal fee of rupees twenty five only for every period of 3 years.
