Section 2(1)(iv) in Rajasthan State Road Transport Service(Prevention of Ticketless Travel) Act, 1975

(iv)"motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle as defined by the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (Central Act 4 of 1939), which is for the time being operated by or under the authority of the corporation in a road transport service;
