Section 62C(2) in The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945
(2)[ A fee of [Inserted by G.S.R. 42(E), dated 25.1.1979 (w.e.f. 25.1.1979).] [rupees one hundred and fifty] [Substituted by G.S.R. 601(E), dated 24.8.2001 (w.e.f. 24.8.2001).] [shall be paid for a duplicate copy of a license issued under this rule, if the original is defaced, damaged or lost.
