15. Academic and technical qualifications and experience.
- A candidate for direct recruitment to the posts enumerated in Schedule, shall possess;(1)The qualifications and experience given in Column 5 of the Schedules, and(2)Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
