50. Revision by High Court.
- Subject to the provisions of section 47, every Land Tribunal shall be deemed to be a Court subordinate to the High Court for the purposes of section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908.), and its orders shall be liable to revision by the High Court under the provisions of that section.
