Section 27 in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999
27. Contents of draft licence.
- The draft licence shall contain the following particulars:(1)A short title descriptive of the proposed utility together with the address and description of the applicant, and if the applicant is a company, the names of all the Directors of the company;(2)Type of licence applied for;(3)Location of the proposed service area;(4)A description of the proposed area; and(5)Such other particulars as the Commission may specify.
