63.
A type writing machine may be used for the purpose of recording judgements in criminal cases. The typewriting machine must be used by the Presiding Officer himself and a certificate must be given that this has been done, in the alternative, type writing machine may be used to the dictation of the Presiding Officer and a certificate to the effect that the judgement has been dictated and corrected by him must be given.
