Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders (Public Private Partnership Procurement) Rules, 2012
(1)For each stage of procurement under these rules, the Procuring Entity shall form a Tender Scrutiny and Evaluation Committee to evaluate the Responses received as part of the Tender Proceedings.Provided that the same committee may be retained for all stages of the procurement.
