02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail Under Section. 438 of Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences under Sections 294/306/325/344/420/423/506/34 of IPC corresponding to C.T. Case No. 290 of 2023 arising out of Bhubaneswar Airport P.S Case No. 73 of 2023 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C. (V)., Bhubaneswar.

Perusal of the complaint Petition reveals is that Pitambar Parida, Rashmiprava Das @ Parida were facing huge monetary problem for which they wanted to sale their house at the cost of Rupees One crore. Another accused Snehaprabha Das is the relative of Rashmiprava Das @ Parida and at that time the accused Pitambar Parida told the Informant to pay the said amount to Smruti Ranjan // 2 // Das. It is further alleged while the complainant approached the father and brother to settle up the matter, the complainant collected huge money through loan from different persons by cash and while there was no execution, the wife of the complainant consumed some sleeping tablet at Athgarh Jungle and thereafter the wife of the Complainant died at Athgarh Hospital.

Keeping in view the submission of the parties, the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. Accordingly the prayer for bail stands rejected and the ABLAPL is dismissed.
