Section 29(5)(i) in The Gujarat University Act, 1949

(i)the [Executive Council] [This word was substituted for the word 'Syndicate' by Gujarat 6 of 1973, section 2 (2).] shall, before proposing the draft of such Statute, ascertain and consider the views of the officer, authority or Board concerned; and
