(3)Every employer who has registered under sub-rule (1) shall renew his registration in Form XIII within 30 days before the expiry of the registration:Provided that an employer of an industrial premises coming to existence after the commencement of the Act shall apply simultaneously on the commencement of his business and before applying for licence under sub-section (1) of section 4.
