Section 12(7) in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
(7)The Vice-Chancellor may by writing under his signature, addressed to the State Government after giving one month's notice, resign from his office and shall cease to hold office on the acceptance of his resignation by the State Government or from the date expiry of the said notice period, whichever is earlier.
