Section 22(22)(a) in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence

(a)Each year not later than 31st December, the Licensee shall prepare and submit to the Commission a report of its expected aggregate revenues and cost of service (including financing costs and its proposed return on equity) for its Distribution and Retail Supply Business for the next succeeding financial year in the manner and form prescribed by the Commission from time to time.
