Section 22 in THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ACT, 2021
22. Appointments.—
All appointments of the staff of every Institute shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Statutes, by—(a)the Board, if the appointment is of the academic staff in the post of Assistant Professor or above or if the appointment is of the non-academic staff in any post which is above level 7 in the pay matrix; and(b)the Director, in any other case.
