Section 19(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee for the University, consisting of -(i)Vice-Chancellor, who shall also be the ex-officio Chairman of the Committee;(ii)Finance Secretary to the Government or his representative;(iia)Principal Secretary or Secretary (Agriculture) to the State Government;(iib)Principal Secretary or Secretary (Horticulture) to the State Government;(iic)Registrar;(iid)Examiner, Local Audit Department;(iii)Heads of Government Departments of Horticulture and Forests in case of Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan and of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries in case of the Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishva Vidyalaya; and(iv)one member chosen by the Board from amongst its non-official members.
