Section 26 in The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005
26. Power to register the export contract.
- Licensing Authority or any officer of Board, not below the rank of Joint Controller of Licensing duly authorized by the Licensing Authority, may register the export contract as per the procedure to be stipulated by the Licensing Authority from time to time before shipment of tea from India under such export contract.
