Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2023 Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The present Correction Application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 12.04.2023 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that inadvertently order dated 12.04.2023 has wrongly been transcribed and prays that the same may be corrected.
Present Correction Application is allowed.
The order dated 12.04.2023 is substituted with the following order:
"Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 returnable within three weeks. Steps be taken within three days.
Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are granted four weeks' time to file Counter-Affidavit. One week thereafter is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file Rejoinder-Affidavit. Put up this case as fresh on 17.05.2023."
This order shall be treated as part of the earlier order dated 12.04.2023.
