As report by the concerned High Court, the sole petitioner firm is closed and its partner died long back.

Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 who sought transfer of the case, has not taken any steps in this regard despite order dated 28.04.2017 and 28.07.2017 of this Court. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.
