Section 2(k) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016
(k)"local authority" means a Municipality constituted under the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009 (Act No. 18 of 2009) or a Panchayati Raj Institution constituted under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994);
