(2)In respect of Gram Panchayat areas failing in the Urban Development Authority areas, the penal amount so collected will be shared in equal proportion between Urban Development Authority and Gram Panchayat concerned. In respect of Corporation and Municipalities falling in Urban Development Authority areas, the penal amount will be shared between the concerned Corporation/Municipality and Urban Development Authority in the ratio of 70: 30.
