Section 11(1) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016
(1)Every Town Vending Committee shall publish a street vendors charter in at least two local news papers specifying therein the time within which the certificate of vending shall be issued to the Street vendors and as also the time within which the same shall be renewed.
