Section 10(15) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(15)No person, firm, association or printing press etc., shall make or cause to be made or cause to be printed prescribed Form of ration card without an order, in writing from the Director, and every Form of the ration card, so printed, shall be numbered consecutively in accordance with his directions.
