41. Application of provision of this Act relating to forest produce and trees grown in land under the control of the local authority and institution.
- The provisions of Chapter III of this Act shall apply in respect of all forest produce and trees grown in any land under the control and management of a local authority and institution.Chapter - VI Transit of Forest Produce
