Section 43 in THE BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
43. Amendment of section 63.
In section 63 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2),—(i)after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—"(ea) the composition of the Biodiversity Management Committee under sub-section (1B) of section 41;";(ii)in clause (f), for the word "applied", the word "utilised" shall be substituted;(iii)in clause (g), for the words "annual report", the words "annual statement" shall be substituted.
