THE HON'BLE Ms. JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI
Writ Appeal No.361 of 2020
(Proceedings taken up through video conferencing)
JUDGMENT:(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Rakesh Kumar) The present Writ Appeal has been preferred against an interim order, dated 28.10.2020, passed in W.P.No.20057 of 2020 in which an interlocutory application, vide I.A.No.1 of 2020 was filed. By the said order, the learned Single Judge had directed to suspend the operation of the proceedings in VAO/294, dated 20.10.2020.
Sri Sai Sanjay Suraneni, learned counsel for the appellants, tried to persuade the Court that the objections, which were raised by the writ appellants before the learned Single Judge were not considered.
However, at the very outset, Sri V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner, informed the Court that the main writ petition before the learned Single Judge is already listed today.
The Court is of the opinion that as the main writ petition is already listed before the learned Single Judge, it would not be proper for this Court to interfere in this matter at this stage. Instead of passing any order, it is desirable to dispose of the present writ appeal. The appellants, if so advised, may pursue the Writ Court for early disposal of the writ petition.
The Writ Appeal stands disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
2Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
