Section 209 in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
209. Appeals.
- Appeals against the orders of Collector will lie to Divisional Commissioner, a second appeal will lie to the Board of Revenue. In case of an order for removal or dismissal passed by the Commissioner, the first appeal will lie to the Board of Revenue and the second one to the Government in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification. Control and Appeal) Rules. 1950. An appellant, shall provided that it is required for first appeal, be entitled free of charge to a copy of the order of punishment, which he shall file with his appeal. In case where a second appeal a copy of the order on the first appeal shall be granted free of charge. All other copies of orders, original or appellate, shall be charged for at the scales prescribed.
