Section 5 in Cotton University Act, 2017

5. Upgradation of the existing Cotton College to Cotton University.

- From the date of coming into force of this Act, the existing Cotton College shall be deemed to have been upgraded to Cotton University. All aspects of teaching and research shall be discussed in and decided by the University.
