Section 25(2) in Reserve Bank of India Pension Regulations, 1990
(2)The qualifying service of an employee voluntarily retiring pursuant to sub-Regulation (3) or (3A) of Regulation 26 of the Staff Regulations shall be increased by a period not exceeding five years so, however, that the total qualifying service of such employee shall not in any case exceed 33 years and does not take him beyond the date of superannuation.
