10. Additional Cane Commissioner.
(1)The State Government may appoint or designate such Government Officer as it thinks fit to be Additional Cane Commissioner.(2)An Additional Cane Commissioner shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties of the Cane Commissioner as the State Government may direct.
