Section 55(2) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(2)Any exposed portion of metal work of an arc lamp liable to become heated to a temperature sufficient to cause a conflagration by contact with scenery or other inflammable material shall be protected by a wire guard.In no case shall arc lamps be suspended by the conductors.
