Section 1 in The Customs and Excise and Gold (Control) Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1982
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Customs, Excise and Gold (Control) Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1982.(2)They shall come into force on the 25th October, 1982.
