(3)[ The transfer of title of any person primarily liable to the payment of property tax shall not be recorded by the Chief Officer in the assessment book unless the property taxes due in respect of the property sought to be transferred are fully paid before giving such notice.] [Sub-section (3) was added by Maharashtra 10 of 2010, Section 94(3), (w.e.f. 1-6-2010).]
