Section 460 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
460. Penalty for obstructing contractor.
- Whoever obstructs or molests any person with whom the Municipality has entered into a contract for execution of any work under this Act shall on convictions be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
