Section 2(1)(xix) in Bihar Minor Mineral Rules, 2017

(xix)"Mining Revenue" means revenue derived or derivable from any royalty, fee, tax, payment (other than a fine imposed by a Criminal Court) or confiscation imposed or ordered under these rules or any other law for the time being in force relating to minerals;
