Section 8(3) in National Security (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1984
(3)Amounts in excess of those prescribed in sub-clause (1) may be received by the Superintendent on behalf of the detenus but they shall not be spent In any month beyond the limits laid down in the said sub-clause.
