7. Audit and Vigilance Cell.
- For efficient and vigilant supervision of Mela Construction works an Audit and Vigilance Cell shall be constituted under the Officer-in-charge which would include the Senior Accounts Officers (Mela), and one Assistant Engineer and two Junior Engineers nominated by the Government.
