270. The Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Fund.
(1)The Board may, as soon as may be, after the coming into force of these rules, constitute a Fund by the name "The Goa Building and other Construction Workers" Welfare Fund" in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these rules.(2)The Fund shall vest in and be administered by the Board.
