Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling
for the records pertaining to the order dated 30.06.2022 in
No.A1/1920/2022 and the order dated 01.07.2022 in
Rc.No.A2/1683/2022 passed by the fourth respondent quash the order
dated 01.07.2022 and the order dated 30.06.2022 in so far as the
condition that she would be settled with the terminal benefits only after
finalization of charges and consequently direct the respondents 3 – 5 to
provide th petitioner re-employment with effect from 01.07.2022 to
31.05.2023 and to settle the petitioner all the terminal benefits
immediately and within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court.
