Section 77(1) in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922
(1)Every notice or bill issued under this Act shall be signed by the chairman, or by any other trustee or any officer or servant of the trust specially or generally authorised by the trust, or so authorised by the chairman under sub-section (1) of section 20, and every notice or bill shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears the facsimile of the signature of the chairman or such trustee, officer or servant stamped or printed thereon.
